Quick service. I don't like that they take out the cabin filter to show me it's dirty. I didn't want it changed. You have your service tech take the time to empty my glove compartment to take out the filter and out it back. Makes no sense.

Service writer said “it’s been awhile” since he had driven stick AFTER he tried to move my standard transmission CORVETTE & he didn’t release the parking brake. So car surged forward & stalled out! Bob was great. The service department was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership in my life. Bought a RAM 2019 for $25K with 73k miles on it. Complained to service 2 weeks after owning that the radio didn’t work and that the HVAC was producing a weird smell and that I wanted to have both checked. Service told me I had to wait at least 30 days until my warranty kicked in to get it checked. Waited past that point and ended up scheduling an appointment when convenient for me and my wife to have 1 car. Service couldn’t fix radio and didn’t agree that there was a smell from HVAC. I was told there were $3300 worth of repairs needed that they came down to $1600 on, none of which were covered by my all inclusive warranty. 2 weeks later I cancelled warranty because it apparently wasn’t what I thought it was. I had a check engine light come on for a small fix. Same tech as last time tells me that there is a smell coming from HVAC and it’s a $2250 fix and if I had a warranty they would have covered it. Used car/dealership originally offered me $17k on my truck that I just paid $25K for and only drove 1200 miles. They ended up at 20.5k and I got this TRAX. I ended up losing $7000 on this and had a terrible experience overall.

Was never called with an estimate. Price quoted over the phone once work was completed did not include tax and when I questioned it with the service advisor he wanted to argue with me. Went to pay for services and was informed that there was a 3% charge for using a credit card. Terrible customer service and charging additional for a credit card has ensured that I will never visit this dealership again

Matt did extra heavy lifting by getting authorization from a reluctant extended warranty company that doesn’t answer the calls in a timely manner. He kept at it and kept me informed. I needed that vehicle for medical travel purposes and Matt went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I bought that truck at that dealership and no one else has ever serviced it. I’ve been well taken care of every time in that service department and I won’t go anywhere else.

Scheduled on short notice and the team was great! I came in just needing a tire rotation for my Chevy Equinox EV. The service team was friendly and professional throughout. My only concern was the wait time—it took about an hour and 15 minutes due to only having one heavy-duty lift available for EVs in the back. That said, everyone was great, and I was able to get some work done while I waited. Appreciate the solid service!

Poor communications, texting (e.g., Service Technician would hardly speak to me) as opposed to talking and lack of creditability (e.g., I had to clarify with the Service Manager his description of the "leaking unit" as the AC condenser or the evaporator, he should know this). I believe everyone is a salesperson, no matter what they do as they need to build trust and confidence in their services. Additionally I believe everyone should be paid fairly plus I am old enough to know prices are based on two reasons; "because they have too" or "because they can". I am not convinced what I paid for (replacement AC condenser @ $2,123 from two service appointments) was "because they have too".

Brought my car in for service and an oil change. Had zero issues with this and everyone was nice, especially my salesman Zach Low. Great kid and such a nice person!! Only problem I had was I was given a loaner which was a ‘19 Ford that was a trade in. Never have I had such an older vehicle given to me to use. I’m not complaining but a newer car that didn’t smell like a hospital would have been great. I’m not upset at all but could see why someone else would be. Besides, I dislike Ford’s very much so that alone made it a problem for me

It was awesome that I was able to schedule a same day appt and have my vehicle fixed within hours! The only complaint was when I was called on the phone, I was told my charge for repair would be $429, but when I went to pick up my car, the guy tried to charge me $596. When I said I was told $429, he said that didn’t include the cost of brake Inspection. There was a lady working at the next desk who overheard us and she asked the guy if I got new brakes and he responded yes. She then told him that the inspection fee was waived then. So reprinted the papers and took off that charge. It was a few minutes before closing and everyone else was gone! So I am thankful that lady was standing there otherwise it would have cost me over $150 more because the guy I dealt with was new or something and didn’t know!

Service writer tried to sneak a rotation on my work order when I clearly only asked for the free oil change and courtesy inspection from when I bought the truck, it came with 3. Then after he corrected it and put it on the work order not to rotate the tires, the technician STILL rotated them. On top of that when I got home and checked the torque on them, they were much higher then factory spec, because he used an impact to install them. They also took double the time I was told on the phone when I scheduled it. Super unprofessional, and I expect more from a dealership.

I received my vehicle back on Thursday Afternoon came straight home, left out Friday morning ran 2 errands stayed home all day, Saturday left to go to urgent care while driving stopped at a red light attempted to give it had to go car would not move at all gave it more gas it moved like a turtle across the light until I made into the parking lot. It took several minutes to get it to go into a parking spot. Amherst police department pulled in behind me but soon left after turning my tags. After walking out of urgent care the c it back to my street where it began making noises and again would not pull all the way into my driveway and my garage the car is sitting in the front of my house unmovable with the engine light on and also leaking some type of fluid. I’m so hurt this just hasn’t been resolved yet.

I understand you need to get paid for services provided but $469 for a HOSE CLAMP and some coolant? Seriously??? The diagnostic charge doesn’t go to the repair? The shop charges over $200 per hour? And something so silly as a hose clamp you’re charging me a full hour? I believe that is completely ridiculous. I asked the gentleman that checked me out to explain my invoice he just said “it’s a customer charge”. How about a little more detail. If I didn’t have extended warranty and waive the deductible by going to the location where I purchased the automobile, I would certainly be taking my vehicles elsewhere. That is seriously taking advantage of your customers.

You had my cabin filter out and told me it was very dirty and needed replaced. You wanted $80 to replace it. A new filter is $25-30 and like I said, you already had it out. Charge me $40-50 and I would have let you do it and you would have made some money, but $80 for something that was already out is taking advantage of people.

Got my appointment when i wanted it, greeted with a very nice young man in the service department. He said my car would be ready in an hour and it was. They also washed it and dried it to a beautiful shine. I spent the time talking to my salesman so the time passed quickly. Other employees greeted me also. Vehicle was dropped off for service at 8 am, had to reach out around noon to get status and was told that my vehicle had not been touched yet and they would try to prioritize. Three hours later I reached out again through messaging, waited 30 min and decided to call in. The person that answered said my truck had been done for a few hours and claimed another service person called me and left a message. I had no missed call or voicemail. They told me the shuttle driver was at lunch and would be back in 45 min. I subsequently received a text back from my service rep claiming he called but no missed calls or voicemails. I called an hour later and the shuttle driver was not available being after 4:30m I asked them to come get me in th morning. This was my first experience with this dealership and I hope this isn’t a consistent issue going forward.

I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation that took 2 hours, don't know why it took so long! Also, as the service rep was taking my paper work and me over to the cashier to check out, he tells me that my air filter was dirty. Why in the world didn't he tell me that way before hand to give me the option as to whether or not to have it replaced? I would think the service rep would want to be doing upselling for the company by offering it, not telling me when I am checking out. Now I would have to make a special trip to come back to get it done, if I so choose now to have Mark Wahlberg to replace it. I don't live around the corner from the dealership and I have a busy life style. Anywhere else I have gone for oil changes, in the past, one of the things that be mentioned is whether or not the air filter is dirty or not and given the option to change it. Heck the other advisor, Paul, noticed right away that I needed a rear windshield wiper . Paul is a good advisor thou, been knowing him for years, way back when I was cleaning for Joe Firment.

The issue with the check engine light being the thermostat was fixed and very pleased on that. My big concern is still the shuttering that I feel which was part of the reason I called the service department. I understand that the diagnostic did not show a reason for that shuttering going from 1st to 2nd gear, however it is very concerning if something is wrong in transmission (possible loose metal or something else) that we have to wait for the check engine light again. 42,000 miles on this vehicle and I have the warranty to cover these repairs. The dealership is aware but want to make it know that I am very concerned about this.

I came in for regularly scheduled maintenance on my car for an appointment at 11:30 AM. The young woman who took my information told me that my car would be finished between 45 minutes and one hour. After one and a half hours without anyone communicating anything to me, I went and inquired at the desk. The gentleman I spoke to looked into it and found that it was ready. Although he gave me a discount, I was very late to a 1 o’clock appointment that I had. I did email the service manager and he said he would address my concerns.

I brought my Colorado in for an Oil Change, and found out I was due for the 35,000 mile Checkup, and Fuel system clean and Coolant replaced due to discoloration. The service management explained to me thoroughly about the procedure and why it needs to happen to keep my truck in the best running order. I depend on my truck to get me everywhere. and it failing is not an option! The service department handled it all in the same visit. The only thing I was displeased about was that there was a 1.6% surcharge on credit cards which I didn't believe that it was anything to do with the dealership. Lucky for me I had it in my checking account.

This is the 3rd time I have been to the dealership. Those previous 2 trips were nothing but Excellent. This trip, I scheduled an oil change at 7:30 am on a Wednesday prior to going to work. I was the 2nd person to arrive. The 1st person was out in less then an hour, I then had to wait for 6 people who arrived after me come and go. Several of them were also getting oil changes also. I know, because I was talking to them. It is also very nice that you get a text message when you arrive saying that just text back for status, but if nobody responds to those messages it doesn’t matter! Had to track down my service associate to say it is almost done, but I need a cabin air filter. How long would it have taken if i didn’t track him down. Finally after 2 hours i get my car back. On my 2nd visit, i also signed and paid for 4 oil changes for $200. The cabin air filter cost me more than an actual oil change.

Had a appt for Feb 28th for oil change for 8:30 am. Dropped the car off the night before so that it would be easier for me. Did not received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I called around 11:00 am asking if my car was ready. The gentleman put me on hold because he did not know. Came back on the phone and said that the technician never game him the paper work. No apologize was said. When husband picked up my car they waited for him to get there to wash my car.

I drove 40 minutes to take advantage of a promotional oil change maintenance package that appeared to be a pretty good deal. However, I didn’t realize how long it would take to get my oil changed - an hour and fifty minutes! That’s just way too much time for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve never spent more than an hour at a dealership to get my oil changed, so that was disappointing. I decided against the maintenance package and will have my car serviced at a dealership that is only 10 minutes from my house.

Everything went good but they didn’t inflate rear tires to the proper tire pressure when they rotated my tires during my service and I wish they would’ve washed my truck or offered to wash it. The first service they did on my truck they did wash it so I assumed it happens every time without having to ask.

They left the plastic on the wiper blade. And I kept using the wiper having no clue it was on there. I was also told “no more than a hour” and it was two and a half hours for the oil change. Causing extreme headache getting the kids from school. I feel like the organization is declining for sure. But, at least Matt is always helpful. And he makes things better.

I came for an issue with my window. Was having electrical issues. The issue itself did get fixed, however, when I got there, I mentioned that I was due for an oil change as well. He indicated that they would take care of it while they had the car. When I came to pick it up, oil change was never completed.

I would like to say that I will not be back. To be "Nickeled and Dimed" when I buy my vehicle is expected but to deal with the same for a simple Oil change and Tire Rotation is not good customer service. I made my Oil Change reservation online. Simple and easy. Perfect. Upon arrival at the store, I'm greeted by the service people who act as if they don't know why I'm there and then present me with a list of service options to upsell on. I state that I would like the Oil change and tire rotation and visual inspection for a vehicle with 30,000 miles plus. I sign the estimate and head to the customer service area. I admit that it's my mistake for signing the estimate. During my time waiting I received a TEXT message from the Service Center suggesting that I get a Cabin Air Filter replacement along with a Fuel Induction Cleaning Service for $299.95. Like a sucker I elect for the cabin filter but declined the Fuel Induction cleaning Service. Shortly later my car Traverse is ready, and I'm walked to the counter to pay my bill. I'm presented with "the car is great" and here is your bill and they will be happy to take care of your payment. It was a bit of challenge trying to understand the service completed on my vehicle and what I'm paying for when looking at the invoice. To not cause a seen a I just gave my credit card. This is on me for not questioning your people. When I looked more closely at the invoice, I was surprised to see Fuel Treatment charge for $69.95 after I had DECLINED the TEXT MSG service suggestion for Fuel Induction Cleaning Service. I then went back and looked at the Text Msg again and I see on the Text Msg shows that I Approved a Fuel System Treatment for $36.00. I have the screen shots of the text msg to show for this. Odd thing is I don't recall Authorizing any Fuel Treatment since I add Lucas Oil Fuel Treatment to my tank about every 5 fill ups. I'm not going to argue over spilt milk. You played me and you got a few dollars. Enjoy your winnings. I will spend my next dollars elsewhere. All the best.
