Essential Job Duties
- Communicate with the Service Dispatcher to receive service orders and update progress throughout
- Perform maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, brake pad replacements, engine maintenance, and more
- Communicate with the Parts Department to order necessary parts for service
- Track parts under warranty
- File any necessary service paperwork
- Communicate with customers to explain their service needs
- Keep up with GM service bulletins and recall information
- Follow all state and federal safety regulations
